Leftfoot Taiwan x Vans

Leftfoot Taiwan and Vans have put together a great shoe. Jahan Loh, the part-owner of Leftfoot Taiwan, has designed a Sk8 Hi. The shoe features a patent leather and suede upper. There is some great detail on this shoe with snakeskin on the heel and a clear sole. It also features a blue toe-cap midsole, a special design on the tongue and artwork on the insoles. No word when these are hitting Leftfoot, but be sure to check out the forum for up to date news.

Vans x United Arrows

Vans is no stranger to working with Japanese retailer, United Arrows. This time around they worked on 3 pairs of Authentics. The Authentics have a 70s feel with a white/biege colorway, a navy/light blue colorway, and a white/blue colorway. The box to these shoes is pretty cool too. If you can get your hands on these, they are out right now. Don’t sleep on these because United Arrows Vans always go fast.

Vans Ostrich Chukka

Vans Vault has just dropped some premium chukkas. They feature real ostrich skin that make up a polka dot pattern. Vans took it to another level with these. They come in a black and green colorway. The retail on these bad boys is at $350. The shoes are extremely sick, but the price tag is what might be pushing some of us away.

Classic Kicks x Vans ‘08

Classic Kicks has teamed up with Vans before, but this time it looks like they are doing it even bigger. This time around they are working a few Eras and a few Mid Skool 77 models. The Eras feature various colors on one shoe, while the Mid Skool stays subtle with a simple blue and a red colorway. These pictures are just sample pics, so we should be seeing the final production pics soon. Classic Kicks made sure to keep their stamp on these shoes. No other pair of Vans looks similar to these ones. This are slated for a summer ‘08 drop so hopefully we get word when they are dropping soon.

Vans “Herringbone Pack” LX

Vans Vault is doing more shoes with the herringbone print that has been popular recently. The LX herringbone models look exactly like the black and blue colorways that hit spots already. The new pack features a black colorway and a green colorway in the Mountain His and Era models. What sets the shoe of is the back heel tag which features the vans skateboard logo in a herringbone print. Be on the lookout for these really soon.

Dave The Chimp x Vans

Dave The Chimp, a UK street artist, has teamed up Vans for a Mid Skool Pro and some t-shirts. Dave The Chimp used bright neon colors on the shoe and used his signature cartoon eyes on the shoes as well. There is a bunch of detail on this shoe. Tattooed toes in the insole of the shoe, and a Vans signature waffle sole in clear rubber. The shoe represents Dave The Chimp’s artwork extremely well. This shoe will hit shelves this September along with the clothing.

Vans x Slayer

Fall lines have been dropping, so its time to see what is in store for us next year. Vans is dropping a line dedicated to Slayer. The shoes in this pack feature a Sk8 Hi, a Slip ON, and 2 pairs of Owen His. Each feature the famous Slayer logo. They are part of the Spring ‘09 collection so be on the lookout for these next year.

Vans Sk8 Hi Lux

Vans has been releasing some shoes with premium materials. The new “Lux” Sk8 Hi is no different. The Sk8 Hi comes in a black or white colorway and features vintage cow leather all over the shoe. The leather looks really good so if you have a chance to get these don’t pass it up. They have dropped over in Japan but no word on when these are going to hit anywhere else.

Solebox x Vans

Solebox, a shoe spot in Berlin, has been privileged to work with Vans to do a pair of shoes. Solebox has chosen to do an Old School, which features a black/white scarf looking upper panel, with red piping around the shoe and a white midsole. There isn’t much information about these shoes but as more information comes about, we will let you know.

Marissa Miller x Vans

Vans has teamed up with Sports Illustrated and Victoria’s Secret Model, Marissa Miller, to do two special pairs of Vans. The two shoes, a Sk8 Hi and a Slip On, both feature an airbrushed design of the Santa Cruz shoreline in bright colors. The Sk8 Hi also features embroidered eyelets, extra laces and a Marissa Miller personalized tongue label. Its cool to see Vans doing some exclusive shoes for girls, so make sure not to sleep on these. You can go purchase these at Common Wealth right now!
